A: We accept small quantity order and also pay attention to each of our clients.

Q: Can you provide the samples to check?
A: Yes, we will send you the stock samples for your reference first. 

     If everything goes well, we will make the new samples according to your design for you.

Q: How can I get the samples?
A: Please provide us FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS account number for freight collect. 

    Or you can thansfer the freight cost to us by Payal if you don't have these account.

Q: Do you accept customized?
A: Yes, we can make product as per your requirement.

Q: Can you do design for us?
A: Yes,our designer will help you, just let us know your idea, then you will get what you want.

Q: Can we change the applicator?
A: Yes we provide lip gloss, mascara and eyeliner applicator for same bottle. 

    Also we have many different types mascara brushs for your reference.

Q: How is your shipping?
A: By Express, air or sea. We can offer the professional transport scheme for your reference if you need.
     Even if you do not know how to import the goods, we can help you.

Q: What if anything should happen to the goods?
A: Our QC department will inspect every procedure to make sure the goods can pass the test.
